Susan does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice and does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, fiduciary, or registered-agent relationship.
Information is general
Susan’s explanations, calculations, checklists, suggested categories, documents, reminders, and automated outputs are based on the information available to the Service. They may not account for every fact, exception, local rule, or recent legal change. A confidence indicator or cited authority does not guarantee that a recommendation is correct for your circumstances.
Government decisions and deadlines
Government agencies decide whether to accept names, filings, registrations, elections, and payments. Preliminary name searches do not reserve a name. Unless Susan expressly confirms completion, you remain responsible for submitting filings, making payments, keeping information current, and meeting deadlines. Reminders are a convenience, not a guarantee of delivery or compliance.
Third-party services
Registered agents, banks, payment providers, insurers, government portals, and other third parties operate independently and apply their own terms. A provider does not become your registered agent merely because Susan links to it or helps organize information for an order.
When to seek professional advice
Consult a qualified attorney, CPA, tax adviser, or other licensed professional when choosing an entity or jurisdiction, operating in multiple states, hiring workers, issuing equity, taking regulated actions, facing a dispute, making a material tax election, or relying on a deadline or recommendation with significant consequences.
